Has anyone else ever been to Rita’s? Ice-Custard-Happiness is right! I tried a Gelati yesterday (a mix of Italian ice & Custard) and it was the second best thing to happen to me since Waffle House.
I found Rita’s after sitting on the expressway for 45 minutes between exit 63 and exit 64 - divine intervention made me get off at exit 64 and find this little piece of heaven along the highway.
We JUST got a Rita’s in West Hartford and I was SO confused as to what it was. Now I must go try it! For locals that want to come with me:
