One of my best, easiest meals ever. It’s like fettucini alfredo x1,000,000 but it’s only 7 pts. For a massive, ridiculous bowlful.
1 Smart Ones frozen Vegetable Primavera
1 bundle of asparagus
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 wedge of laughing cow cheese
1 tablespoon of reduced-fat parm
Heat up the frozen meal as recommended. Meanwhile, snap asparagus stems where they naturally break. Chop asparagus into 1 1/2 inch segments, saute with mushrooms, asparagus, cooking spray, salt & pepper, and italian seasonings. Melt wedge of laughing cow cheese into the veggies. Toss heated pasta dish into the pan, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. YOU CAN EAT THE WHOLE THING. Yum.
