Friday Night
Wednesday and Friday are my double job days- I go from my full time job directly to my waitressing job (to support my clothing and travel addiction). Downtown Hartford turns into a desolate no-man’s land if it so much as sprinkles- tonight, near hurricane winds and rain are expected. I came to work expecting the worst, but:
- I got a parking space directly in front of the door on the street (!!!)
- I found a $10 bill on the ground right when I walked in (!!!)
So far, for a night with ZERO tables, things are lookin’ pretty good :)
UPDATE: I got cut at 7:15 because it was so dead. Holla to an unexpected Friday night off!
