these were a post-college-breakup impulse purchase from the west farms mall in connecticut.
certainly less extreme then when i post-college-breakup pierced my nose. ((sorry dad)). and i did so at ‘turnpike tattoo’ in meriden connecticut, and the guy who pierced it asked if i would like to tattoo a tear drop on my cheek while i was there. i declined. but oh the nose stud…

Hey! West Farms is seriously less then ONE QUARTER MILE from my apartment! I love catching tumblr stories so close to my ‘hood. Makes me feel like my little stories just might make sense to you, too.
they do! in fact i included the west farms reference just for you! my parents are from west hartford, as is my best friend. he went to hall. so did my dad. my mom went to conard. ((i went to undergrad at wesleyan)). my uncle, aunt, and cousin still live in the west hartford area and my cousin went to trinity. we’re very connecticut, despite also being VERY san francisco.
That is so crazy! Small world, here on tumblr. My boyfriend’s entire family is from WH and went to Conard- I’m from East Lyme. I was just in San Francisco, it was unbelievable. You must let me know when you are back here visiting, we can do lunch :)
