I must admit that one of the highlights of my evening was meeting the event’s host, NBC 30 weather guru Bob Maxon. He is truely a genuine, kind, hysterical human. That’s quite the combo!
He shared his personal stories regarding the fight against cancer, and was absolutely glowing with excitement when he shared his plans for father’s day on Sunday with his wife and kids.
It was really refreshing to meet such an established personality as Bob and see that his real life personality matches his on-screen charm.
Plus, he was hysterical and got my sense of humor. Trust, that says enough in my book ;)
