West Hartford has made, yet another, ‘-est’ list. Over the course of 2010, it ranked number 9 on Kiplinger’s Best ‘Up and Coming’ Cities, placed in the top 6% of America’s Best High Schools, and to complete the trifecta, it has been deemed one of the coolest suburbs to visit according to Yahoo! Travel.
